Bouldering Basics offers a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to the exhilarating world of climbing, focusing on short routes, commonly referred to as problems, that are situated close to the ground. To ensure your safety, each climbing area is equipped with thick padded flooring designed to absorb falls.

In this class, you will learn essential skills that will enhance your climbing experience. You’ll discover how to move efficiently using proper techniques, which will include the effective use of your feet for better stability and balance. Additionally, the class aims to cultivate your confidence as you approach various boulder problems with a clear understanding of strategy and control.

The course places significant emphasis on mastering climbing techniques, practicing safe falling methods, and developing the ability to read and interpret boulder problems. By the end of the session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to climb independently, feeling comfortable and capable as you tackle new challenges in the bouldering gym.
